About our Facility Certifications

Del Sur Beef meats meet high sanitary standards, as the animals are slaughtered and processed in facilities with strict safety and hygiene standards, meeting global requirements. Our facilities are certified to export to the US, European Union, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Middle East with (Halal Certification) (Kosher Certification) and South America.

The facilities where Del Sur Beef is produced are ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 certified. They also have manuals that have been strategically prepared and supervised by international organizations, which function as permanent quality control tools (to guarantee safety and the quality of food).

Such as:
SSOP - Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures.
GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice.
HACCP - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.
Microbiological, physicochemical and organoleptic tests to support the system.
All of them are carried out periodically in the internal laboratory, as well as in the plants.
These tools are permanently audited by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries and trade missions from different countries.
